Bushings are made of new copper, bronze-sintered and oil pregnated armature support bushings. Bearings are inspected or new, with high-temperature for longer life. Brushes are 100 percent new to insure long life and optimum performance. Every solenoid assembly is completely dissembled and remanufactured with new copper contacts for consistent starter performance. New terminal hardware and high temperature solenoid caps for increased starter durability. Quality-Built starters are re-engineered to withstand the tough conditions of everyday driving.
